By accessing or making a purchase from our store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Please read them carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. Product Condition & Authenticity

  • All items listed are preloved or second-hand, not brand new.

  • We ensure that each pair is carefully inspected, cleaned, and graded for quality before listing.

  • Minor signs of wear, marks, or use may be present due to the preloved nature of the products.

  • Product images are real photos of the actual items, but slight color variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed are in  PKR and inclusive of taxes.

  • We accept online payments through secure gateways listed at checkout.

  • Once the order is placed, prices are final and cannot be adjusted for ongoing or past promotions.

3. Order Processing & Shipping

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 working days after confirmation.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on your location (typically 3–7 working days within Pakistan).

  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.

  • Shipping delays due to courier or external factors are beyond our control, but we’ll do our best to assist.

4. Returns & Exchange Policy

  • As items are preloved, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless:

    • The wrong item was sent, or

    • The product received was significantly different from the description.

  • Any complaint must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with unboxing video or photos as proof.

  • Approved  exchanges (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellations or changes are not possible.

6. Copyright & Content

  • All images, descriptions, and content on this website belong to SHOEGXM

  • Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of any content is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • SHOEGXM is not responsible for any indirect loss, damage, or dissatisfaction caused by misuse, courier delay, or product wear beyond what was described.

  • By purchasing from us, the customer accepts that items are preowned and sold “as-is.”

8. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy. Personal data collected during checkout is used only for order processing and customer service.

  • We do not share, sell, or misuse your information.
